Gamdom app not working?

Gamdom has no app in the App Store or Google Play: it runs in your phone's browser and can be pinned to the home screen. If that shortcut will not open, freezes or logs you out, this guide covers every fix, and explains why any downloadable “Gamdom app” is fake.

Is there an official Gamdom app?

No. Gamdom's help centre states plainly that Gamdom does not have an official mobile app, that it exists only as a website, and that any app you find using its name, including one it spotted on the iOS App Store, is fake and used by scammers. There is no Gamdom APK for Android either.

What people call “the Gamdom app” is one of two things:

  • The mobile website. Gamdom is a single-page web app, so the site in Safari or Chrome behaves much like an app: the lobby, Originals, sportsbook, live casino, chat and wallet all work in the browser.
  • A home-screen shortcut. Gamdom's site includes a web-app manifest, which lets you add it to your home screen. It then opens full-screen with its own icon, without the browser's address bar.

If your “app” is anything else, such as a file you downloaded, something from a store, or a link from a Telegram group, delete it and change your Gamdom password from a verified domain.

One practical difference from a native app: because the shortcut is just the website, every fix below is really a browser fix. That makes most problems quick to solve.

Adding Gamdom to your home screen

Pick a working official domain from the list above first. The shortcut remembers the domain you saved, so if that domain is later blocked on your network, you will need to add a new shortcut from another official domain.

iPhone and iPad (Safari)

  1. Open the Gamdom domain in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Keep or edit the name, then tap Add.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open the Gamdom domain in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen or Install app, depending on your Chrome version.
  4. Confirm.

Other browsers

Samsung Internet, Firefox and Edge on Android offer similar options in their menus. On iPhone, some third-party browsers can now add home-screen shortcuts too, but Safari is the most reliable.

Sign in once inside the shortcut. Shortcuts on iPhone keep their own storage separate from Safari, so being signed in in Safari does not sign you in in the shortcut.

The shortcut will not open or shows a blank screen

Work through these in order and test after each one.

  1. Check the domain is up. Open the list at the top of this page. If the domain your shortcut points to is red, your network is blocking it or it has been retired. Add a new shortcut from a green domain.
  2. Open the same domain in the browser. If it works in Safari or Chrome but not from the shortcut, delete the shortcut and add it again.
  3. Clear site data. On iPhone: Settings, Safari, Advanced, Website Data, then remove the Gamdom domain. On Android Chrome: open the site, tap the padlock, Site settings, Clear and reset. Gamdom's help centre lists clearing cache and cookies as its first fix for loading problems.
  4. Turn off content blockers. Safari content blockers and Android ad-blocking DNS apps can stop the app's scripts from loading.
  5. Switch off any VPN. Gamdom recommends disabling VPNs; they slow the app, break some game providers and, from excluded countries, breach its terms.
  6. Update your browser and system. Gamdom's troubleshooting steps include keeping the browser up to date; old engines struggle with the app.
  7. Change network. Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the reverse. If one works, the other is filtering Gamdom.
  8. Restart the phone. It clears memory and stale network state.

Logged out every time, or sign-in fails

Repeated log-outs on mobile almost always come from storage being cleared or blocked.

  • Private browsing forgets the session when the tab closes. Use a normal tab or the shortcut.
  • iPhone's “Block All Cookies” setting (Settings, Safari) stops Gamdom keeping you signed in. Turn it off, or at least do not block first-party cookies.
  • Cleaning apps and battery savers on Android can wipe browser data. Exclude your browser.
  • The wrong sign-in method. Gamdom supports a password, Google, Steam and Telegram. If you registered with Steam, a password login will fail even with the right email.
  • 2FA codes rejected. Check your phone's clock is set automatically; authenticator codes depend on accurate time.

Games freezing, crashing or not loading on mobile

A slot or live table will not start

Slots and live tables come from outside studios, not from Gamdom. Gamdom's guidance is to try other games from the same provider: if none of them open, that provider may be restricted in your country; if some open and others do not, contact support. A VPN can also trigger provider errors.

A slot round froze mid-spin

Gamdom explains that an unfinished round is tied to the wallet and currency you started it with. If you switch currency or wallet, the game opens a new session and the stuck round seems to disappear. Log out, clear cache and cookies, log back in, and open the game with the same wallet and currency. If winnings still have not credited, send support the game name, time, bet amount and bet ID from the game's history.

Crash or Roulette lag

The Originals stream live round data, and Gamdom's interface warns that a long chat history slows Crash. Collapse the chat, close other tabs and use auto cash-out on a weak connection. Our Gamdom slow-loading guide goes further.

Slot Battles missing

Gamdom's Slot Battles are currently available on desktop only, so the feature will not appear on your phone. See Gamdom Slot Battles.

The phone gets hot or the browser crashes

Live dealer video and heavy slots use a lot of memory. Keep one game open at a time, close background apps and lower the stream quality on live tables.

Wi-Fi versus mobile data

If Gamdom opens on one connection and not the other, the network is the cause, not your phone.

  • Fails on Wi-Fi, works on mobile data: your home router, workplace, school or public hotspot is filtering gambling sites, or the router's DNS is struggling. Restart the router, or set the phone's Wi-Fi DNS to a public resolver.
  • Fails on mobile data, works on Wi-Fi: your carrier filters gambling domains, sometimes by default on prepaid or family plans. Another official Gamdom domain from the list above may still work.
  • Unstable on both: check signal strength; live features such as chat, Crash and live dealer tables need a steady connection more than raw speed.

A filter that exists because of a national ban is different from a network glitch. Gamdom does not accept players from a list of excluded countries, and using a VPN or proxy from those places can get your account restricted. Mirrors help when an official address is blocked or slow on your network; they are not a way around Gamdom's country rules or your local law. See where Gamdom accepts players.

Deposits and withdrawals from your phone

The full cashier works on mobile. A few phone-specific tips:

  • Copy addresses, never type them, and check the first and last characters after pasting. Clipboard-hijacking malware exists on both platforms.
  • Match the network. USDT on Tron and USDT on Ethereum are different deposit addresses; sending on the wrong network can lose the funds.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on compatible devices through Gamdom's payment partner; see Gamdom Apple Pay deposits.
  • Exchange connect lets you deposit from Binance or Coinbase without copying an address at all.

If a deposit has not appeared, keep the transaction hash and see Gamdom deposit not showing.

FAQ

Does Gamdom have an app?

No. Gamdom states it has no official mobile app and that apps using its name are fake. It runs in your phone's browser and can be added to the home screen.

Is there a Gamdom APK for Android?

No genuine one exists. Any Gamdom APK is unofficial and may be malware. Use the mobile site or a home-screen shortcut from a verified domain instead.

How do I add Gamdom to my iPhone home screen?

Open an official Gamdom domain in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Sign in inside the shortcut, because it keeps its own storage separate from Safari.

Why does my Gamdom shortcut show a blank screen?

Usually the domain it points to is blocked or retired, or cached files are corrupted. Check the live list, clear the site's data, and add a new shortcut from a working official domain.

Why does Gamdom keep logging me out on mobile?

Private browsing, blocked cookies, cleaning apps or a battery saver are clearing your session. Use a normal tab or the shortcut and allow first-party cookies.

Why can't I find Slot Battles on my phone?

Gamdom's Slot Battles are currently desktop-only, so the feature does not appear on mobile.

A slot froze on my phone. Did I lose my winnings?

Not necessarily. Log out, clear cache and cookies, log in and reopen the game with the same wallet and currency. If the win still has not credited, send support the bet ID from the game's history.

Is it safe to play Gamdom on public Wi-Fi?

The connection is encrypted, but public hotspots often block gambling sites and can host fake login pages. Use mobile data if you can, check the domain, and keep 2FA on.
