Gamdom not loading? Every error explained
Gamdom not loading? The cause is usually one of four things: a DNS block on one domain, a browser problem that stops the app from starting, a network filter, or a real outage like Gamdom's October 2026 shutdown. This guide matches each error message to its cause and the fix, and lists Gamdom's official domains to try.

What you see and what it means
Gamdom runs one app on several official domains, all served through the same Fastly content network.
When Gamdom is not loading, the error tells you which layer failed: your browser, your network, the
domain, or Gamdom itself.
| What you see | What it usually means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Blank page or endless spinner | The page shell loaded but the app did not start | Private window, then clear site data and disable extensions |
| ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED on gamdom.com only | Your resolver points gamdom.com at a block address | Try another official domain; check local law |
| DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN | Your DNS says the domain does not exist | Check the spelling; use a listed official domain |
| ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT or RESET | The network dropped or filtered the connection | Another official domain, another network you may use, restart router |
| NET::ERR_CERT warning | A block page or filter is intercepting the address, or your clock is wrong | Fix the clock; never click through on an unknown address |
| Fastly error page, 503 "backend" error | The edge is up but Gamdom's servers did not answer | Usually temporary; check live status |
| "Not available in your region" | Gamdom's own country restriction | Not a fault; Gamdom does not serve that country |
| Site loads, a game does not | The provider is restricted where you are, or a VPN is interfering | Try other games from that provider; disable VPN |
Blank page or endless spinner
A white page, or a Gamdom logo that spins forever, almost never means Gamdom is down. The server sent
the page; the app that draws the lobby failed to start in your browser.
Common causes
- Stale cache after an update. Your browser keeps an old script that no longer matches the new site.
- Blocked scripts. Ad blockers, script blockers and antivirus "web protection" can stop the main app
file.
- Storage switched off. Gamdom keeps your session in browser storage; strict privacy settings that
refuse it leave the app waiting.
- Old or in-app browsers. Browsers inside chat apps and outdated versions may not run the site.
Fixes, in order
- Open the same domain in a private window. If it works there, your normal profile is the problem.
- Clear cookies and site data for that Gamdom domain only, then log in again. Gamdom's help centre
has step-by-step guides for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari and Android.
- Disable extensions one at a time, starting with ad and script blockers.
- Update and fully restart the browser.
- Try another official domain from the list above.
Connection refused, timeouts and address-not-found errors
These errors come from your network, not your browser.
Refused on gamdom.com, fine on gamdom.io
Some national regulators block gambling domains by DNS. In Estonia, for example, the Tax and Customs
Board's block list points gamdom.com at its own blocking address, so the browser shows a refused
connection while other Gamdom domains still resolve. A government block is a legal signal, not a
technical glitch: check your local law before playing, and follow Gamdom's terms on where it accepts
players.
Address not found
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN means your DNS server returned no address at all. Check the spelling first;
typo domains are a common phishing route. Then try another official domain.
Timed out or reset
The request left your device and nothing answered, or something cut it off. Workplace, school, hotel and
mobile-operator filters often do this to gambling sites. Restart your router, try mobile data or home
broadband instead of public Wi-Fi, and try another official domain. Do not switch to a network you are
not allowed to use.
Certificate and SSL warnings
A NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID or similar warning on a Gamdom domain means the certificate you
received does not belong to that address. Two causes are common:
- A block page or filter intercepting the connection and presenting its own certificate.
- A wrong clock on your device, which makes valid certificates look expired.
Fix the date and time first. If the warning stays, do not click through. Genuine Gamdom domains present
valid Gamdom certificates; a warning on a domain you are not sure about may be a phishing copy. Our
verified domains guide lists the addresses Gamdom itself publishes.
Fastly errors and real outages
Gamdom's domains sit behind Fastly. A plain Fastly error page, or a 503 message mentioning a backend,
means the edge network answered but could not reach Gamdom's servers. If every official domain shows
the same thing, it is Gamdom, not you.
The biggest recent example came on 13 October 2026, when Gamdom detected an unauthorised connection to
an automation server, took all systems offline and moved remaining funds to cold storage. Every domain
was down until 00:34 UTC on 16 October 2026, when the site returned with compensation bonuses. Gamdom
said user funds were safe; founder Felix Roemer put the hot-wallet loss at just over $3 million. Our
Gamdom hack explainer covers it in detail.
For shorter incidents, Gamdom's status page at gamdommirrors.com, linked from its footer as "Official
Sites", monitors the official domains, and its X and Telegram channels post updates. Our live status page tests every official domain from your own browser, and finding a working Gamdom mirror explains what to try next.
The site loads but the games don't
If the lobby works but one game will not open, Gamdom's own troubleshooting article suggests a simple
test: open other games from the same provider.
- None of them open: the provider is probably restricted in your country.
- Some open, some do not: contact support if clearing cache does not help.
- Games that used to work stopped: ask support whether a new country restriction applies.
A VPN can cause this too, because providers check location separately from Gamdom. Gamdom recommends
disabling VPNs, and using one from a restricted country can get your account restricted.
For a stuck round, reopen the game in the same currency and wallet you used. Switching currency
starts a new session and can hide the unfinished round. Missing winnings need the game name, time, bet
amount and bet ID from the game history. Gamdom Originals run on Gamdom's own
engine, so they are not affected by provider restrictions.
The "not available in your country" message
This is not an error. Gamdom's terms bar residents of, and people located in, 37 countries, including
the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden.
Mirrors are for blocked or slow domains in countries where Gamdom accepts players. They are not a way
round Gamdom's country list, and neither is a VPN, which breaks Gamdom's terms and can lead to a closed
account and withheld balance. The Gamdom countries page explains where Gamdom
accepts players and why.
Other casinos down too?
If more than one crypto casino fails at the same moment, look at your connection before blaming the
sites: a DNS filter or ISP block usually hits several brands together. Our sister sites run the same
live check for their own casinos, so you can compare quickly. See the
Stake status check, find out
if Shuffle is down for you, and test
Roobet's addresses. If ordinary websites load but all four
casinos fail, a gambling filter on your network is the likely cause.

FAQ
Why is Gamdom not loading?
Most often a browser issue such as a stale cache or a blocking extension, or a network block on one domain. Less often Gamdom is genuinely down. Try a private window and another official domain; if every domain fails everywhere, it is an outage.
Why does gamdom.com fail when gamdom.io works?
Your DNS resolver or ISP is probably blocking gamdom.com specifically. Some regulators, such as Estonia's, block gamdom.com by DNS. Check local law before playing, and use only domains Gamdom itself lists.
Is Gamdom down right now?
Our is Gamdom down page tests each official domain from your browser. Gamdom's own status page at gamdommirrors.com and its X and Telegram channels also report incidents.
Why do I get a blank white page on Gamdom?
The app failed to start in your browser. Open a private window; if Gamdom works there, clear cookies and site data for the domain and disable ad or script blockers one by one.
What does a Fastly error mean on Gamdom?
Gamdom's domains are served through Fastly. A Fastly error or backend 503 means the edge network is up but Gamdom's servers did not answer. It is usually brief; if it persists on every domain, it is an outage.
Why won't some games load on Gamdom?
The game provider may be restricted in your country, or a VPN may be interfering. Check other games from the same provider, disable any VPN and clear cache. Gamdom Originals are not affected by provider restrictions.
Can I use a VPN if Gamdom is not loading?
Not to get round Gamdom's restricted-country list: that breaks its terms and can get the account restricted. Gamdom also recommends disabling VPNs because they cause loading and game errors.
Was Gamdom down in October 2026?
Yes. Gamdom took all systems offline on 13 October 2026 after detecting an unauthorised connection to an automation server, and the site returned at 00:34 UTC on 16 October 2026. Gamdom said user funds were safe.
