Is Gamdom down right now?

Gamdom outages are normally short, but the platform had one long, deliberate shutdown that is worth knowing about because it shows what a genuine outage looks like.

On 13 October 2026 Gamdom detected an unauthorised connection to one of its automation servers. It took every system offline, moved the remaining hot-wallet funds to cold storage and kept the site dark while it investigated. Founder Felix Roemer later put the loss at just over $3 million, while an on-chain investigator estimated closer to $4.2 million. Gamdom said player balances were safe. The site came back at 00:34 UTC on 16 October with compensation bonuses for affected players. We cover the timeline and open questions in our Gamdom hack explainer.

During those three days every Gamdom domain failed at once, on every network, in every country. That pattern is the signature of a real platform outage. If only gamdom.com fails while gamdom.io or gamdom.win answer, you are not looking at an outage; you are looking at a block or a routing problem on your side.

Most “Gamdom is down” moments come down to one of these:

• A government DNS block. Several regulators order providers to block unlicensed gambling domains. In Estonia, for example, local resolvers answer the tax board's blocking address for gamdom.com while other Gamdom domains still resolve. Where a block exists because Gamdom does not serve that country, a mirror is not a workaround (see below).
• Provider, workplace or school filters. Many networks filter gambling categories by name. A filter that lists gamdom.com may not list every official domain.
• DNS trouble. If the resolver your device uses is slow, broken or caching an old answer, the site appears to vanish.
• Edge or routing hiccups. Gamdom sits behind a large content-delivery network. A congested route to one hostname can be slow while another hostname routes cleanly.
• Browser state. Gamdom is a single-page app; a corrupted cache, a strict content blocker or an expired session can leave you on a blank screen. Gamdom's own help centre lists clearing cache and cookies as the first fix.
• A VPN or proxy. Gamdom's troubleshooting guide asks players to switch VPNs off, both because they slow the site and because some game providers refuse VPN traffic.
• Maintenance or a single provider down. Sometimes the site loads but one slot studio, the sportsbook or one coin's withdrawals are paused.
• Your country. Gamdom's terms exclude residents of a list of countries including the UK, the US, Australia, France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. A restriction message there is policy, not an outage. Our Gamdom countries page has the full picture.

1. Look at the board above. If any official Gamdom domain is green, open it and sign in with the same method you always use (password, Google, Steam or Telegram).
2. Hard-refresh. Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac, or open a private window to rule out a stale cache.
3. Clear Gamdom's site data. Delete cookies and cached files for the domain you use, then log in again.
4. Turn off extensions for a minute. Ad blockers and script blockers can stop the app from loading its game and chat feeds.
5. Switch off any VPN or proxy. Gamdom recommends this for stability, and its terms restrict accounts that use them to appear in another country.
6. Try a second browser. If Firefox works and Chrome does not, the problem lives in Chrome.
7. Change network. Swap Wi-Fi for mobile data or the reverse. A working result on one network points to a filter on the other.
8. Restart the router to clear stale DNS and routing on a home line.
9. Use a public DNS resolver such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 and flush your DNS cache, if your provider's resolver is the one failing.
10. Check your device clock. A wrong date breaks HTTPS and shows certificate warnings.
11. Ask support. If you reach any Gamdom domain, live chat or support@gamdom.com can confirm a known incident.

A DNS block lives in your provider's resolver: it refuses to return Gamdom's address or points it at a warning page. Changing resolver often clears it, because the block only exists in that one resolver.

A name-based block happens deeper in the network: connections that mention a listed hostname are dropped. Changing DNS does nothing. A different official hostname often works, because the list names specific domains.

A mirror helps when a working address is blocked or slow on your network. It does not change what you are allowed to do. If you live in a country Gamdom excludes, its terms apply wherever you connect from, and using a VPN or proxy to look as if you are elsewhere can get the account restricted and balances held. Follow your local law and Gamdom's terms.

• Balances sit on Gamdom's side. A page that will not load on your device does not touch your wallet or Vault.
• Open sports bets settle normally. If you lose access mid-match, the bet is settled by the market rules. Cash-out needs live access, so do not count on it.
• Crypto in transit still credits. A deposit broadcast before an outage is credited after its confirmations. Keep the transaction hash; it is the first thing support asks for if a deposit is late (see deposit not showing).
• Do not reset passwords on an unknown domain. Wait until an official domain loads.
• Keep 2FA on. It protects the account even if you once typed your password into a clone.
