Can't log in to Gamdom?

Gamdom supports four ways to create and log in to an account: **email and password, Google, Steam and
Telegram**. Gamdom's help centre names this as the most common login problem: "you might not be using
the right sign-in method for your account."

The methods are separate. An account made with Steam has no Gamdom password, and you cannot log in to
it by typing your Steam email into the password form. Try each button you might have used, especially
if you joined years ago, when Gamdom was a Counter-Strike skins site and many players signed in with
Steam.

Two related points:

• Twitch and Discord are connections, not logins. You link them in your profile's Connections

section for chat and community features. They cannot be used to sign in.

• Your login username is not your display name. For email accounts, the login username is fixed

at sign-up and cannot be changed. The public display name can be changed in settings, so the name
other players see may not be what you log in with.

For an email and password account, use "Forgot your password?" on the login screen. If the email
does not arrive:

1. Check spam, junk and promotions folders.
2. Make sure you are using the email linked to the Gamdom account, not a newer address.
3. Request the reset again after a few minutes rather than many times in a row.
4. Look for mail from Gamdom's official senders, such as noreply@news.gamdom.com.
5. Still nothing? Contact support from the email address on the account.

No reset email will ever come for a Google, Steam or Telegram account, because those accounts do not
have a separate Gamdom password, and Gamdom says it is not possible to create one for them. Log in with
the original button instead.

If you no longer have access to the Gmail account your Gamdom account uses, support can remove it and
add a new one after verifying that the account is yours.

Gamdom's two-factor authentication uses an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. Once
it is on, the code is required to log in, to withdraw and to send tips.

Codes that keep failing

• Check the clock. Authenticator codes depend on the time on your phone. Turn on automatic date and

time, then try a fresh code.

• Use the right entry. If you have several Gamdom entries in the app from earlier set-ups, only the

latest one works.

• Type the code before it rolls over. Codes change every 30 seconds.

Lost phone or deleted app

Use the recovery codes Gamdom gives you when you set up 2FA. If you do not have them, email
support@gamdom.com from the email linked to your account and ask for 2FA to be reset. Expect identity
questions; that is the point of 2FA. Once you are back in, turn 2FA on again in Settings, Security and
store the new recovery codes somewhere safe, away from your phone.

If the login seems to work and then drops you, or the page never finishes loading:

1. Disable any VPN or proxy. Gamdom's troubleshooting article recommends turning VPNs off, and using

them from a restricted country breaks Gamdom's terms.

1. Clear cache and cookies for the Gamdom domain, or try a private window.
2. Allow cookies. Strict tracking protection or a cookie-blocking extension can stop the session from

being saved.

1. Try another browser or device to rule out an extension.
2. Try another official domain. Each Gamdom domain stores its own login session in your browser, so

you will need to log in again on the new one; your account and balance are the same.

If none of the official domains loads at all, the problem is probably the network or Gamdom itself. Our

Self-exclusion

If you used Gamdom's self-exclusion tool, the account stays blocked for the period you chose: 1, 5 or 8
days. Longer breaks are handled by support closing the account. Neither is a fault to work around, and
support will not lift an exclusion early.

Suspended for review

Gamdom may temporarily suspend or restrict an account while it investigates a suspected breach of its
terms, such as multiple accounts, chargebacks or "swapping" between deposit and withdrawal methods. You
may be asked for documents; the KYC guide explains what that involves.

Multiple accounts

Gamdom allows one active account per person. If you made a second account by mistake, tell support
rather than switching between them: duplicate accounts can be banned and, where abuse is involved,
funds and rewards confiscated.

After a compromise

If you reported suspicious activity, Gamdom temporarily closes the account as a precaution and emails
you. You then change the passwords on the account and its email, clear browser data, run a virus scan,
and reply to that email to confirm. Support reopens the account once those steps are confirmed, and
you should switch 2FA on straight away.

Yes, for a few days. After detecting an unauthorised connection to an automation server on 13 October
2026, Gamdom took all systems offline. Logins failed on every domain until the site came back at 00:34
UTC on 16 October 2026. Gamdom said user funds were safe and offered compensation bonuses on relaunch.

If you have not logged in since then and something looks wrong, change your password, check 2FA is

Gamdom support is available 24/7 by live chat on the site and by email at support@gamdom.com. For
account access issues, email is usually the only route because you cannot open the chat while logged
out of a locked account. To speed things up:

• Write from the email address linked to the account.
• Include your user ID or username, the sign-in method you used, and roughly when you last logged in.
• Describe the exact error message, and attach a screenshot.
• Never send your password, 2FA codes or recovery codes. Support does not need them.

Social channels such as Gamdom's X, Discord and Telegram communities can confirm a wider outage, but
they are not where account recovery happens.
