Gamdom withdrawal pending: how long it takes

A Gamdom withdrawal pending for a few minutes is normal. Gamdom says most withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to an hour, and every request moves through four statuses you can follow on the Transactions page under Withdrawals:

1. Submission & Review. Gamdom checks and prepares the transaction. This is where almost every delay happens.
2. Sending. The withdrawal is being broadcast; your funds are in transit.
3. Sent. A blockchain transaction exists. A white arrow next to the status opens it, so you can follow it on a block explorer.
4. Confirmed. Gamdom's side is complete and the funds should appear in your wallet or exchange.

If your withdrawal is stuck at the first status, Gamdom is still holding it. If it shows Sent or Confirmed but the money has not arrived, the issue is on the blockchain or with the receiving wallet. Knowing which half you are in tells you whether to wait, check an explorer or open a chat.

The table covers the blockchain part only, after Gamdom marks the withdrawal as Sent. Exchanges set their own confirmation counts, so treat these as rough ranges.

A verification request

Gamdom does not require KYC by default, but its team can ask for it on some withdrawals, for fraud or abuse checks or for regulatory reasons. When it does, the withdrawal pauses until you finish. Level 2 is a government ID and selfie through Veriff, which is automated and usually quick; Level 3, proof of funds, takes longer because a person reviews it. Upload clear, uncropped documents. Unwagered deposits

Deposits and free-spin winnings must be wagered at least once. A request on unwagered funds will not go through.

Swapping checks

Depositing by card or bank transfer and withdrawing in crypto without real play is "swapping", which Gamdom forbids. Accounts that look like it are warned and may have withdrawals restricted.

A large amount

Gamdom has no fixed monthly cap but can pay very large withdrawals in instalments; see Gamdom withdrawal limits.

An account review

If Gamdom suspects a breach of its terms, such as multiple accounts or VPN use from a restricted country, the account can be restricted while it investigates. Players have reported long holds in these cases. Answer support's questions fully and keep copies of what you send.

Platform-wide events

After the October 2026 server breach, every request waited while the site was offline. If many players report delays at once, check is Gamdom down before opening a ticket.

Some mistakes cannot be undone. Gamdom's own help centre says that if an address is entered wrongly, it cannot take any action and the funds are considered lost.

• Wrong network. USDT and USDC exist on several chains. Withdrawing USDT on BNB Smart Chain to an address your exchange gave you for Tron sends coins to a network the exchange does not watch. Some exchanges can recover this for a fee; many cannot.
• Wrong address. A typo usually fails the address check. A valid address belonging to someone else, or an old deposit address your exchange has retired, does not.
• Destination tag. Many exchanges require a tag for XRP deposits. Missing it can strand the funds at the exchange until its support matches them.

Copy the address from the receiving wallet's deposit screen for the exact coin and network every time. For a new address, send a small test first.

The status says Sent or Confirmed and your wallet is still empty. Work through this before contacting support:

• Open the transaction. Click the white arrow next to Sent to open the block explorer. Is it confirmed?
• If it is confirmed, compare the receiving address on the explorer with your wallet's deposit address. If they match, the funds are with your wallet provider; contact them.
• If it is still pending on-chain, the transaction has left Gamdom and is waiting for the network. Wait; a Fast fee next time helps on busy chains.
• Check the network and tag. A mismatch is the usual reason for "confirmed but not received".
• Check the exchange's confirmation count and any "pending deposits" section.

If all of that checks out, contact Gamdom's 24/7 live support with the TXID. Do not raise a chargeback with a card provider without talking to support first: Gamdom treats that as a breach of its terms.
